We provide Property Management to single family properties.
A single family property can be a stand alone home, multi-unit home, townhome, or condominium.
We do not offer room rentals.
All properties under management are rented to a family, related occupants, or individuals.
The most popular property type we manage is stand alone homes.

Maui Property Managers offer property management services in Kihei, Wailea, Makena, Paia, Haiku, Makawao, Pukalani, Kula, Greater Upcountry, Wailuku and Kahalui.

In addition to the criteria below we conduct applicant interviews, previous landlord and workplace reference checks.
Here is a list of our screeninc riteria: (1) Complete application information (2) Pet and smoking policies match property requirements (3) Provable monthly income is greater than three times the monthly rent (4) Intended use of property is residential (5) Previous two Landlord references are positive (6) Employment reference(s) is positive (7) No history of eviction (8) Credit history is positive - no collections, no delinquent accounts, nominal debt, and credit score >700 (9) No criminal history

(3) we protect your asset by providing a documented inspection of your unit at move-in, every 6 months, and at move-out

These vendors include general contractors, maintenance professionals, and landscape specialists.
We only select vendors who share our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Maui Property Managers has access to historical databases including MLS, Realtor.com, and Zillow.
We will gather the history of nearby rentals and perform a Comparable Market Analysis.
You can submit your address for a free rental analysis!

Maui Property Managers is an exclusive property management partner to each client for the term of a contract.
We can work with the vendors of your choosing if you prefer not to utilize some or any of our vendors.

Maui Property Managers collects rent via our online portal, through credit card payment or electronic fund transfer.
We pay you within 13 days of receiving rent, directly to your bank account via electronic fund transfer.

Maui Property Managers will provide you with a market rate based on our experience of the area along with a market analysis.
If you do not agree with our recommendation, we will create a marketing plan which lists the property for the price you desire.

In the event we can improve your property experience, we will review the current contract you have in place and provide you with your options.
We then manage the entire transition process, so your experience is stress-free.
