Maui Property Agents fee is between 2-3% of the sales price depending on the size of the transaction. These fees are paid by the selling party. Depending on if you are the buyer or seller, there are additional fees for closing, such as title service fees and conveyance tasks, which can be anywhere from 0.5 – 3% of the property price.

Maui Property Agents expect their clients to see 20-30 days elapse from contract to close for a cash purchase. If a deal is financed, you can expect a contract to close a period of 45-60 days.
